Finding Special Situation Opportunities

I am interested in special situation investing and would like to find online resources where I can read about stock spinoffs, distressed debt, and corporate restructuring. Reading Joel Greenblatt's book 'You Can Be a Stock Market Genius' made me interested in the topic.

For stock spinoffs I have used http://www.stockspinoffs.com/ and it is a solid website that outlines upcoming spinoffs. Pretty solid, if anyone has another site regarding the topic I would appreciate it.

Distressed debt and corporate restructuring can be a result of bankruptcies. I would like to find a blog or website that gives facts or analysis regarding recent bankruptcies or restructuring events. I currently can not invest in distressed debt as a young student, but I aspire to use this strategy when I have the money.
